How do I get a quicker response?
1I order 3 FOSCAM IP CAMERAS and when the order arrived it was 3 Toccs headphones, I send three email asking got the proper products, I haven't gotton a respond yet it been over a week, I keep getting the same generic email saying they over crowded with emails. How do I get them to refund me or send the correct items

@Sjal100k Keep the headphones and wait for the correct order to show up. There was a shipping mistake and it's been corrected.

@Sjal100k I guess I should say that if your first 3 emails didn't include a photo of what you received you might want to send one more with a photo. but then that's it, no more emails!
The proper response to a company saying they are backed up on emails isn't to send more emails asking why they haven't responded to your other email.

My E-MEH-RSON TV's still don't show as shipped, Marcus emailed me to get the right address and Holly emailed to say that it was being looked into, but the others all have their TV's and all I have is an AMEX bill for $320 and no TV's.
How do I get a quicker response?
I don't want a refund, I want the TV's.

I received my foscam camera but there was no power adapter included in the box! It's been almost a week since I emailed and no response...
@cryhavok Hi! Since your particular item is warrantied by Foscam directly, I would strongly recommend contacting them directly for the missing part. Meh won't have one lying around to send you, anyway. It would be fastest directly from Foscam. Here's there contact page http://foscam.us/contactus.html/ - and good luck!
Everyone who has emailed in and not gotten a quick response may want to READ THIS.
It is not ideal to have support be a week out answering emails. It doesn't make them, or you happy - and that sucks. Unfortunately, that's what the case is right now. I know that patience is easier to ask for when you have what you ordered, and it works, but if you would please hang in there a while longer so that the humans wading through this pool of emails can get to you, that would be best. Emailing multiple times before receiving a response is definitely going to make it worse for everyone, though.
Support emails are answered by humans, who read every email and personally respond to the issue at hand. This makes it so you are less likely to need to email in again. This also means it takes a little but longer to get each email answered.
TL:DR - Yep, it sucks. Wait longer, please.
