Hey, how did I end up being goat? I think I have only sent 4 emails to customer service in a span of 3 years – and the 2nd one in each exchange was a thank you!!
@bearsbearsbears As I understand it, they are training a new customer rep, @woodhouse, and he’s a very slow learner. (Now that I’ve pinged him, he will probably mosey on over to this thread – eventually.) But seriously, they will get to you, it just might take a while.
@Barney@woodhouse is not a slow learner, he just has to carve each letter he uses in his email responses out of wood with an axe and then type set it, then take a photo of it, then covert it to a pdf, then copy/paste it into the email. It takes a while.
@bearsbearsbears We’re getting a lot of emails at the moment, so it takes a little while for us to get to everything. That said, I just got home, so I will take a look and see if I can track it down.
@Barney I try to answer all of the tags I get on here as quickly as I can (within reason), but I don’t see it as a burden!
It is definitely best to just submit one ticket, though. We get them all, but the turnaround is a little longer because we’re down a (wo)man for a couple more days, and I’m still learning things.
@woodhouse I’m serious about this. This is new to you right now and who knows, you might even be enjoying it , but you can get burned out if you try doing too much, especially on your off time. So take time away from this when you get the chance. We don’t want to lose you.

I think @galmaegi and @woodhouse would both tell you that sending multiple emails won’t help.
Are you going to your orders and clicking the button that says I need help with this order?
Have you checked your spam folder for their response?
Those are typically the reasons why CS doesn’t seem to be responsive.
