House update
11Not that anyone is really investedin my house sale but i’m going to share anyway.
My house was listed with showing starting yesterday. We had 5 showings booked and 3 kf them were no shows/cancellations. The 2 that did show both submitted offers. Good offers. It was a hard decision to make. In the end i ended up switching which offer i accepted because they changed their contingencies and was over asking price.
I now have about 50 days until i close on the sale of my old house and the purchase of my new house.
And in the middle of all of that work - i got a summons for jury duty 
When it rains, it pours, right? I’m mot worried, the timing seems to be fitting perfectly together.

The real estate market is red hot so anyone selling a house is selling it quickly and over asking price.
A house across the street from us was a spec house and the people who bought it spent well over 100k to put in hurricane windows, new flooring, new kitchen cabinets, an outdoor kitchen, whole house generator and many other improvements-all this for a new house. They bought it less than a year ago and just put it on the market for over 300k more than they paid for it and it sold in two days.
I was hoping this was about House, M.D.

Mehbee meh could sell a home-a-thon. Homes for hamsters, tackle boxes for fishhooks, hangers for clothes… Everything gotta be somewhere. A place for everything!
