I signed up for a membership, which is a monthly membership. I only wanted to do it for a month so I cancelled after signing up and paying. All of a sudden my membership benefits are gone. The rep says that its not actually for a month and the benefits are only good as long as the membership is active, despite having already paid for the month. No prorated refund, no membership. They essentially stole my money and the rep has made no attempt to help me. It’s not a lot of money, but this is very dishonest. I’ve never heard of a company cancelling your membership benefits despite having paid for them.
