@AnnaB I hate that I bought 2 just now after scouring the internet for reviews and prices... Most reviews give it a year before it stops holding shape.. I'll find a crappy use though.. it'll be a computer chair butt pillow, or maybe a 'have to do work on the ground save-my-knees pillow'
...Sometimes I think I make purchases so I can justify the fact that I pay $5/mo for VMP (66% of Amazon Prime's yearly fee)
Maybe it'll cure you. Just didn't work for me. Got this mystery ENT problem, ever since my last deployment, picked up something in the desert, got an eternally perpetually dry throat. Can't sleep on my back. Feel like I'm choking, wake up coughing. Sleeping on my stomach is wrecking my back, but sleep in on my back is a non-starter.
@ivymae I bought 2 and I actually have 2 Tempur Pedic brand pillows.. I'll figure something out for this price.. even if I have to cut them up to make a sumo suit out of baggy clothes for my 2 year old to throw herself around in.. lol..
I bought these for myself and my Mom and they were HORRIBLE! She said she loved it, but I think she just didn't want to tell me otherwise ;) I spend almost $50 for my pillows, but so worth it! My doctors laughed at me for spending so much for a pillow, but it has lowered my pain soooo much! I used to wake up every single morning unable to function until the pain meds kicked in, and the pillow made all the difference. It really is worth it to invest in a good one if you need it (if you aren't sleeping well, or waking up in pain). You spend so much time in bed, it does really make a big difference, and can improve your health in ways you wouldn't expect. I'm passionate about my pillows! lol But seriously, don't spend the $7 (sorry Meh), if you're needing a high quality pillow. If you want an extra, for whatever reason, go for it, that is a great price for cheap pillows, but this is something I feel strongly about, just because of the huge changes a good pillow has made for me.
Is there a right and a wrong way of using this? I can't find any instructions on it's use. Also, is there a 'front' and 'back' etched on it?? Ahh, it really doesn't matter.. if it don't work out I'll just feed it to my goat.
@boygenius1991@unkabob Actually, based on the picture on the box, the taller side should actually go under your neck, and the shorter side should go closer to the headboard. That has also been what's most comfortable for me in practice.
Pillows are significantly smaller than I expected - they swim around inside a standard pillowcase, which isn't ideal. Despite all that, I love the two that I ordered, though my wife and son have both expressed a dislike bordering on loathing for them. Oh well, more for me.
