It's not clear how long this Korean enthusiasm to order from overseas will last. It's weird, it's as if Koreans suddenly discovered last year they could order directly from overseas sites and have gone a bit overboard doing so.
I loved my Korean customers when I was lucky enough to get some orders over the past few years on Amazon. Hurray for Korean professors who need academic books on the fine points of English literary criticism and history. Koreans rock. Not to mention my sis-in-law is Korean, oh and Psy? he made it cool for chubby people to rock out with no shame on the dance floor. Just my opinion, meh.
Hiring someone to engage with the Korean community is a real possibility we're exploring. It could work very well on a part-time basis for 1-2 hours a day. Ideally the person would be in the DFW area so that they fully understand our culture, but it's not an absolute necessity. More details coming soon!

That's the best part about a contract translator. You can tell them to fuck off at a moment's notice.
Thanks @marklog now we can't even recruit them with this thread. :)
lol! permission to edit (not that you need it), but better to set proper expectations up front.

Why are Koreans so terribad at ordering things online?! They're asking for address changes, quantities changes, or just plain cancellations.
Are they illiterate or something?!
http://www.gmarket.co.kr/ Try to order something there without having any trouble ;)
I was just going to say this. Go to http://www.ppomppu.co.kr/ and have fun.
Even better @marklog.

Everyone, that was the joke.
And I'm actually Korean(-American), so I accept all your challenges. Bring it.

I can Google translate easy phrases and include pictures of cats!
I used Google translate on the Korean text on the front page and all I got out of it was junk.
@frmorrison That's the best sign that it's actually a good translation.
