Happy Labor Day folks. Hope everyone is able to celebrate in their own way.

I am having a small gathering of some of my oldest and dearest friends. We are grilling burgers/brats on the grill, have beer chilling in the cooler while rock and roll floats through the air. Should be a good day.

I’m sitting on the deck watching my dog eat bugs. I guess it’s better than cleaning the kitchen. Can I come to your party?

  We decided to do a weekend game night. Likely grill, beer, music and everyone can crash here so no need to worry about driving home. Just to pick a date. Should be loads of fun!!

- @ybmuG I’ve yet to experience that one, b/c were open 24/7/364. only closed on Christmas.
  The store closes @ 7:30p on 12/24, reopens 6a on 12/26.

  in 21 yrs, I’ve never had to close, but I’ve opened dang near every year.
  …esp the years when i was on 3rds, and we had to come in at midnight to get the place cleaned/stocked/and ready for the open…

Well, we were at the state fair yesterday with our oldest granddaughter and some kids from church. We watched a cow give birth. Beautiful in its own messy way.
So it was an early labor day.
