@Targaryen I am having several of my family members (~15-20) over for bbq and fireworks. I just stepped outside to get the deck set up and it is H O T!!! How about you?
@tinamarie1974 Yeah, probably can’t get there and back and have time to eat in 4 1/2 hours (working 5:30 to 12:15).
I will definitely hear fireworks. And if the people across the road from the store set them off again tonight, I’ll see some too. Tomorrow night, weather permitting, the local raceway will have their fireworks. Depending on how clear it is, I can sometimes see some of them from work or home.
@Targaryen drove an hour after work to my aunt’s house. Ate some food, went in the pool, walked and watched some fireworks. The city two towns over had a 22 minute show that we could see from a five minute walk. Probably would of been great closer, but it was easy to get in and out where we walked.
Tomorrow I have off and my brother and his gf are coming by for lunch. Then I’ll drive home in the evening so I can go back to work Saturday.
Or so one would hope.

I’m just hanging out at home most of the day. I’m going out later to see some fireworks.
