Half price candy day! Don’t forget to go to the drugstore and gorge yourselves on vaguely egg-shaped confections, reject jellybeans, and “marshmallow” chicks
During this season, I always buy Robins Eggs, usually getting the small packages or cartons so as to avoid a diabetic coma. But I’m always tempted to buy a big bag today.
@Fuzzalini Growing up, my uncle always helped us decorate eggs the day before Easter and he loaded our baskets up with candy. He always had Brach’s Fiesta Malted Milk eggs. They are so much better than Robin’s Eggs. But alas they are getting hard to find. I think Walgreens still stocks them.
What, no Easter candy closeouts in the Mehrathon today?
Did Meh’s buyers just decide to hoard them for themselves?
