in our area, the city trash picks them up and like all other lawn waste; Tree limbs, grass and hedge trimmings, etc get ground up into mulch and compost to be used in city parks.
@tweezak Probably doesn’t matter if they do or don’t. Goats seem to be the garbage disposals of the animal world (as much as some people would claim their cat or dog is).

I’d just drive around town during trash or lawn pickup days if that was the case.
