Goat news of the day
16My wife and I got our second dose of the Covid vaccine yesterday. Earlier than most because of our Governor Ron DeDumbass designated our zip code for a special allotment due to our voting patterns, wealth and color of our skin.
Both are a little sore this morning, but my wife thinks the shot made her look older. She would appreciate any comments. Also she is also trying out a new hairdoo. Thinks it makes her look more regal and stately.

Congrats on being fully vaccinated. I get my second shot (moderna) next week!!
Your wife looks great. And based upon what you have told us, I think she has found the fountain of youth! She must share her secrets!!
There are options to take out ron. I know a guy. Starts with F
@unksol
That sounds so … menacing!

@Kyeh just saying he can vote lol
@unksol But can he prevail against all those R’s who seem to think DeSantis is the next best thing to T-Rump? I’m pretty sure Felton10 does vote!
@Kyeh lol I assume so. Might have to up his game a little.
There are definitely some people I’ll be voting against even if it’s just so I still have a soul after some recent things.
My zip code doesn’t quite meet the “elite” standard, but because Jax was set to host last year’s Repuglican Nasty Conflagration, we got ours starting in January.
Congrats on making it to the second - obviously the vaccine has amplified your wife’s mysterious and ageless beauty …
My second shot (moderna) was two weeks ago this last Thursday, so I am officially of the fully vac’d.
One less thing I can die from and one less thing I can kill others with. It is a really really big relief …
I love her “take the damn picture already” half-smile. I can feel the malice in it.
Well after two days of hell, we are finally over most of the effects of our second covid shot. Things in our body hurt that never hurt before. Chills and sweating with no fever. Little or no appetite. Had milk shakes for lunch yesterday if that is any indication of what we felt like eating. Popping tylenol every 4 hours like it was candy.
Took sleeping pills at night because every time we tossed and turned in bed what ever hurt woke us up. No fun definitely.
@Felton10 Wow, I’m sorry you had such a rough time with them! But glad you’re protected because it sounds like things are not great in Florida right now.
@Kyeh Yeh-We have the three stooges as our Governor and 2 Senators. None of them give a shit about the people of Florida-all they care about is appeasing Trump and positioning themselves for running for higher office.
@Felton10 @Kyeh You’re confusing Florida with Missouri, where one of our Sycophantile Senators (full-fledged members of the SS) is the Assistant to the twice-impeached former Seditionist-in-Chief, along with his bumbling sidekick from Texas as runner-up.
@Felton10 Good, strong reaction symptoms. I’m sorry you were miserable, and glad you got vaccinated. No excuses are needed for milkshakes!
@Felton10 @OldCatLady
Sounds like your immune system really kicked into overdrive. That’s actually a good thing.
If you are a blood donor, you will get a report of whether you have antibodies present when you give blood…
