Popcorn.
It can be healthy if you go easy on the additives.
I like shredded parmesan or a little sriracha, but I don’t consider reasonable amounts of butter and salt to be unhealthy. (Not like theater popcorn.)
YMMV
Trail mix, but with just nuts, seeds, and maybe craisins—no M&Ms or yogurt-covered sugar bombs. Hard-boiled eggs, or deviled eggs without mayo. Salmon jerky when I can find it.
Also warned us about tomorrow being something for kids for Halloween - place bets they found some more barrels of candy corn in a warehouse?? Over/under?
A Banana. Sometimes with peanut butter too.
@Rueki On weekends I like to have peanut butter and banana burritos with my morning coffee.
@Rueki @yakkoTDI Yes! Nuked just enough to make the tortilla soft and the peanut butter a tiny bit runny.
Peanuts and raisins.
@yakkoTDI Cashews and raisins!
Frozen fruit. Preferably peaches, cherries or blueberries
Hard boiled eggs. I think they’re considered healthy for now?
@awk this week, yes …
Didn’t we just have this survey?
Apples with cheese or peanut butter;
yogurt; banana.
Cheese, although that probably isn’t considered healthy by some.
@brmarwedel How can it be unhealthy if cheese is 3 of the essential food groups?
I need to split my vote: I prefer beef jerky, but eat more granola bars.

Chocolate of course. If in M&M form then you do know that would be vitamin M. Right?
Plain, lightly salted organic rice cakes. Or cardboard. Whichever is handy at the time.
@heartny
Pro tip: Rice cakes are usually the round ones …
Chocolate, although that might not be healthy. Or cashews or mixed nuts with raisins.
Almonds or sunflower kernels
@Snshyn75 I found some unsalted (I’m not a big fan of salt), roasted sunflower kernels on Amazon and have a bag handy all the time.
An apple a day keeps the Meh away!
Smoked almonds
@lovellegeddesjr How did you keep them lit?
Cheese doodles made somewhat healthy because I buy little bags so I only eat 1 Oz instead of 10 Oz.
Peanut butter M&Ms.

I’m nuts about nuts!
Cashews or the mini sweet peppers.
Bacon. A quarter of a slab of cream cheese. In-n-Out burger patties with grilled onions. Home-roast pecans. Chicharrones as dipping chips for guac.
Fruit, nuts, yogurt. I almost always have a kind bar in my purse.
