My son is somewhat obsessed with Fortnite. If he is not playing it, he is watching YouTube streamers playing it. If he gets too upset about it, he gets a Fortnite timeout.
I used to play it quite a bit but I got kinda bored. Sometimes I’ll still play a couple rounds if the kiddo leaves the computer up on it or if my nephew comes over and wants to play duos.

My opinion of the game itself is rather neutral; it’s not for me personally but I don’t mind if others play it. However, I am rather annoyed that my younger brother took it upon himself to install the game on my Nintendo Switch console instead of his phone, and he now plays it for hours every night. I haven’t got the heart to kick him off so I can get my Mario Odyssey fix. To make matters worse, I was hoping the launch of the paid Nintendo Switch Online service would put an end to this, but alas, Fortnite is free to play, so is unaffected by the change.
@Cythwulf What?

If you know what i mean
I tried it out, but man, that game stresses me out. Battle royale is definitely not for me, makes me way too anxious.

I tried playing once on my phone. It was not pleasant and have not tried again.
