For gearheads only.
10Or maybe if you wonder WHY people are gearheads.
Allen Millyard is legendary for hand-building unique motorcycles. Often he “simply” adds extra cylinders, but he’s also created them from the ground up. His creations range from a V-10 Dodge Viper engined motorcycle (actually ridden, unlike the Dodge Tomahawk) and the 5 liter V-twin Flying Millyard, to tiny little things.
This is an article on some of his Kawasaki triples with four & five cylinders, and some interesting info on how he does it. Mostly hand tools. He says he could build one of his bikes in anyone’s shed.

I’m not a bike aficionado but some of those cross the line into awesome.
POPSOCKETS! SPA KITS! POLLY POCKETS! AWESOME!
OMG, I should not want one, but I WANT ONE.
@f00l I’d love to have any of his creations, but I imagine the queue is pretty deep.
@blaineg
And the buyer pockets would also need some serious depth.
: )
Back in the day, I used to build air-cooled VW engines of greater than 2 liter displacement and equipped with dual carbs. What Millyard does is two orders of magnitude more complex.
A really cool thing about Millyard’s creations is that they get ridden. He usually puts several thousand miles on one before he sells it, and the ones he keeps pile up the miles.
