FedEx Dumbpost

What is up with this FedEx "smart post"? My package gets to my city on Wednesday. It isn't delivered until Friday, because FedEx hands it off to the post office to deliver! I would happily drive over to FedEx to pick it up, but I have to wait 2 extra days for this stupidity to play out.

Them doing it that was is what allows Meh to ship cheaply. Want fast shipping at a higher price? Shop at Amazon.

- @PurplePawprints They always ship mine up through cali, stops here in portland on its way to kent washington where it is handed to USPS to double back down to portland. But fedex doesnt care and free shipping best shipping so meh.

Amazon does it too. It's infuriating. There needs to be a "call me to pick this up" box to check. That would save everybody money except me...and I would be fine with that.
