Why won’t they put these in an IRK, I’d love to find one in mine since they keep trying to sell them, but the price point has always been a little too high for me to want to buy it.
This is a nice power screwdriver. A bit bulky but the container holds all the bits nicely and it all docks together creatively. It has plenty of power for things like assembling flat pack furniture and is reasonably convenient for working on computers and appliances.
This was my gateway into fanttik tools. They’re decent quality, worth their regular asking price I guess but a really good value at Meh prices.
The only thing I can say somewhat negative about this driver is that the adjustable torque setting doesn’t go low enough at all. I sort of use my hand grip to stop it from stripping lighter plastics and wood. A light enough grip and it will just spin a little when it hits resistance.
@ohhwell I didn’t think of this consciously - I came at it from the opposite direction. Because it’s completely round it naturally rolls out of my hand when it hits resistance, but to do anything tough I have to really grip it to keep the go button pressed.
I also did get their precision driver for the smaller and more delicate operations.
