Every movie ending . . .
5. . . can be improved with the Dire Straits song "Walk of Life", and there's a Walk of Life Project that aims to prove it:

What do you think? Can you think of any movies not mentioned that would benefit?

Avatar. nothing can improve that movie.
@carl669 - Okay, so every movie ending except Avatar can be improved with the Dire Straits song "Walk of Life"? ¯(◉‿◉)/¯
@KDemo
Night of the Living Dead would be a possible exception.
@f00l actually, i think WOL would make a hilarious ending.
@f00l - The point is that it works with every movie. You wouldn't think it would work with Casablanca, for instance, but it does.
Wish people could submit movies, so we could experience them all.
@carl669
Yeah that might be funny. I think perhaps for that film i prefer intermittant zombie eating sounds over the finale and credits.
This is the stupidest fucking thing I have seen all week, and I see and do some really stupid fucking shit.
It is funny tho - for a few minutes . . . and maybe I'm just all jelly I didn't think to do it first online (there is a similar exercise done with classical and traditional songs taught in film school - the "lesson" doesn't use contemporary music, but it is the same concept, nonetheless).
Haha. I knew this would be @Pavlov bait! Wasn't sure what you'd say, but knew you'd have an opinion 'cause movie related. I laughed too, some are just ironically funny.
The Full Monty
Monty Python and the Holy Grail
@medz - Yes!! I really want to see this version of MP the Holy Grail. Not remembering how The Full Monty ends.
@KDemo The Full Monty ends with the full monty.
@ceagee
Yeah, +1
I watched a few. Interesting experiment, but I didn't like it with a lot of the ones I saw. e.g. Blair Witch, Singing in The Rain ( completely wrong genre for the music in the film) Others were kinda interesting -- 12 Monkeys, The Birds.
Would like to see some other song choices applied. Maybe a choice of 3 for endings kind of thing.
Thanks for sharing !
Garden State would not benefit.
