Driving Game (Part 36)
5If you’re new to the Driving Game, you can just look back at the start of it all here in Part 1 for the full rules.
Please consider the kind folks who maintain our cheat sheet and add your post in the format of “Artist Name - Song Name” followed by a link to the song on the next line. That way they all look the same and it’s easier on the Cheat Sheet team when it’s time to update that list.
Speaking of the Cheat Sheet… The full history of our game, with links to each of the past threads, can be found on the Driving Game Cheat Sheet. Use that to avoid getting vetoed by a duplicate.
Have fun!

@Kyeh I vote no…same artist? But I don’t really have a clue how it works. See below
@Kyeh @llangley Sure. Why not. It’s lazy and meh. Fits right in. I guess it depends on who writes it up on the cheat sheet.
@llangley @mike808
As they say on “Whose Line is It” - “everything’s made up and the points don’t matter.”
/youtube Linda Ronstadt - Love Has No Pride
A double?
@llangley Sure. I would count it. It’s not like it is a minor variation on the same song. (i e. different mixes or duet partner of the same song)
@llangley That’s a good one!
Daniel Hoppe & Paul King - Love & Pride (extended)
@Kyeh @llangley For the double.
And on-brand in my favorite genres.

@ircon96 Love this memory…my Dad had a reel-to-reel tape player and a subscription to Columbia House. He actually let me get this album/(tape)
@llangley Wow, talk about memories! I belonged to Columbia & BMG at various times during my teens. A dozen CDs for a penny, couldn’t beat that… til you had to fulfill the contract at full prices. Good times.
