@kadagan how is it over sweet? he just used the Kool-aid powder (no sugar) and didn't add any sugar aside from what was in the Redpop, or the dum-dum, or the alcohol... but it wasnt prepaired Kool-aid, just the purple flavor.
@earlyre Don't standard kool-aid packets come with the sugar? I thought that you could choose to buy the ones without sugar, but normally they had it? Full disclosure: I haven't bought or made kool-aid in multiple decades..
@kadagan Nope, the traditional ones need a cup of sugar per packet. The packet he used makes two quarts of kool-aid, so that it big time overkill in so little volume.
@NotEd3k You only have to worry about diabetes if you actually swallow it and manage to keep it down. I don't think that even @barney likes purple vomit.
Maple syrup is a funny suggestion. Let's go with it! Maybe 1oz. of that and 1oz. of apple cider vinegar. Jam for the brandy makes sense to me, too. Say a teaspoonful. But really: don't drink this, with alcohol or without.
This is the weirdest translation request ever. The name says what it is! It's like "tell me more about this invention you call 'can opener.' What's it for?"
I got so excited thinking it was the Abita beer. I grew up a short bike-ride away from the brewery, and I used to love biking down to the Abita Brew Pub in college.
Yo, Jackie.
Wow, disgustingly oversweet!!!

Would it still count if I use rum instead of whiskey? (This actually sounds good to me, though it should be interesting to find big red up here...)
OK, a whole packet of grape Kool-Aid seems extreme, but grape Kool-Aid and flat red pop together sounds amazing.
There's already a real drink called Purple Haze. New name! New name! New name!
I think this would probably put me in a diabetic coma.
But I'd be curious to see if any other suckers...volunteers try it.

@hamjudo Barney would not try this drink.
@Barney is smart.
If i leave out the Kool-Aid do I still get the button?
Any teetotaller version for a mormon who loves to mix drinks?
@Jarf My unofficial response:
Replace the Canadian whisky with real Maple Syrup and the splash of raspberry schnapps with raspberry jam.
@Jarf *blackberry brandy with blackberry jam. Oops

There is something wrong with me.
Not a bad drink here.
Also, if you haven't had the Purple Haze beer, you really should- it's pretty awesome.
Can one submit suggestions for drinking terrible?
@DrunkCat definitely
@matthew, can you translate "red pop" for those of us who didn't grow up in the Midwest?
@SSteve Strawberry soda or sometimes strawberry/vanilla creme soda.
@SSteve Look up Big Red

Tastes like carbonated bubblegum. I like it for exactly one sip.
@lumpthar That looks like it should be eligible for a Drinking Terrible button all by itself.

@matthew I think I found the problem, it should say "red soda".
Hurray for Abita Beer!
