Had an ex who was harassing me on the net (he was 53 years old, get a fucking life dude) so I changed to Fuzzalina. Someone playing Ingress with us kept calling me Fuzzalini, pronounced like Mussalini, and I thought that was pretty funny, so it stuck.
I generally either use TheCO2 (sometimes uncapitalized) or A Dead Relative. I guess it just depends on the site.
And as @awk pointed out, I have avoided the 4 letter requirement, since I put ‘the’ on the beginning.
