@cwolfpack3 As long as it’s not induction, it should work, but at least one review mentioned that this pan can warp, which makes it more suitable for gas stoves where direct contact isn’t as much of an issue (unless the warranty would cover that, if the inconvenience isn’t a problem). They suggested a heavier gauge pan or cast iron for your type of stove.
@ircon96 Thanks. I’ve read too many reviews of so-called griddle (two burner) pans that implied they are not for use on smooth cooktops. I guess I will have to hold out until one is created -or- I replace the electric griddle I had to throw out last year. It was a faithful beast for almost 30 years.

I guess Quantanium is yet another name for PTFE.
Would this pan work on ceramic top stoves?

@cwolfpack3 @ircon96
They are selling this, did you see it? Not exactly a griddle, though.
@ircon96 @Kyeh Yep, saw it. Really need the big rectangular style for french toast, pancakes, and the like. Thanks.
@cwolfpack3 Wow, 30 years! They sure don’t make stuff like they used to anymore.
