Honestly this would be good as a starter set in a new home or apartment. And way better than super-cheap stuff. It doesn’t seem that any pieces are air-insulated (double layer) which you might want in a baking sheet or maybe some others, but only for certain kinds of baking.
@pmarin They are air gapped unfortunately. I’m not a big fan of that but they seem nice. Haven’t used them yet.
I feel like the set has the perfect essentials. Cookie sheet, muffin tin (cupcakes), 13x9 pan (casserole or sheet cake) , 9x9 square pan (brownies), bread pan (banana or other quick bread), and a round cake pan. Definitely not “a bunch you don’t” unless you don’t bake anything except refrigerated cookie dough and canned biscuits, in which case I’d suggest just buying a cookie sheet.
