Mine broke too - Conair seems totally on top of honoring the warranty though. You'll need the model number (PO5201SR) and serial number (apparently on the top of the showerhead) to complete the process. They'll ship you a new one and you return the old one to them. I'm going to be trying this out asap.
@ceagee i am pretty sure most people who think they actually were in fact weren't since you got it to load with 0 mehs doesn't really mean then you were first to hit it, on the server end it could be different, its just that you saw that silly little 0 go to a 1 on your screen doesn't make any of you special !

Almost considered buying this, but realized I need a dual-head model, because 2 heads are better than one. Might change my mind if the baby arm was included. And it's not purple. For that alone, meh.

It leaked from the first minute, and since "chrome finish" actually means "shiny plastic so keep your metal pliers away from me" it seems that tightening the leaky bits is an invitation to scratching at best, and destroying at worst.
I feel stupid for buying it. On the bright side, it looks like there's enough teflon tape to reinstall my old showerhead.
It wasn't worth it last night at band practice as I was continually shifting my fingers so I didn't have to press down on my pointer finger. But yeah, recommended for the zombie apocalypse as a stealth weapon if you're looking to disable any zombie stringed-instrument players. Very effective. You crack me up, girl!

Ok heard from meh, they told me to contact Conair. Conair told me to contact meh that since the purchase was so recent they said that meh should refund the purchase. Considering I have had the product for less than two weeks that is exactly what I was expecting to hear. Fingers crossed I can get this resolved quickly.

Sliced my finger open on the stupid thing trying to find if it had worked loose or broke in half when I took my shower yesterday. That chrome finish is as sharp as a razor blade, although I wouldn't recommend shaving with it. Total fail. Looks like "Tommy Torque" over tightened it during assembly.

One of them literally exploded and sprayed water all over my ceiling while i was showering. I know they were only $6 but they advertise it as a $50 shower head...that's false advertising and we were all scammed. I will never buy from this web site again.
@Ignorant when they advertise an item that is supposedly expensive you assume that it is a nice product...until you find out that they all have the same defect and they sold you a piece of shit. This leads me to think that everything they sell on this site must be the crap that got screwed up in production. I fell for their gimmick so I don't really care about losing out on the $17 I paid for the two shower heads and shipping....I do however care about the money it cost me to replace those shower heads with actual nice ones and fix the damage that it caused.
