So we have had a few lurker threads. Recently we have seen @jbartus and @RiotDemon become chatterboxes - and we love them for it! Our friend @emilyap has also begun to post more. And who doesn’t love @mehbee? @mehllowmiserian has also popped in to say hi with some great gifs.
But we need more individuals to come out of the shadows and play with us. So I will be calling people out - perhaps a complete lurker that stars, or someone who doesn’t post much to come and introduce themselves.
While this might be uncomfortable for some - I hope that they see what a great group of people we have here, and want to participate more. No peer pressure though (maybe a little).
But perhaps we can all become friends. Please make any of them feel welcome.

@mfladd Yeah. I’ve been on woot for a while. Joined meh a little while ago but forgot about it for a while. Lately, I’ve been checking what you have to sell for the day. Somehow, I clicked at the right time & got a fuko. It was crap, but fun to open… Occasionally, I post something. Go Seahawks.

@FroodyFrog Ehhh… Go for it. We all know the ‘easy GIF’ from the damn Superbowl. I’m over that. It was Wilson’s 3rd year and I think he’s getting better. We still ended up the NFC Champs and an ‘almost game comeback’.
It’s really the decades of being a Seahawks fan with nothing to show for it that was tough to endure. Watching Zorn throw those precision passes to Largent was so much fun, even though we rarely got near the playoffs… It seemed like in the early days, it was always: Run-Run-Pass-Punt. Damn.
Growing up in San Diego, I cheered on the Chargers. That was also tough sometimes, though Fouts was certainly a great QB.
When I moved up here to Seattle area, it didn’t take me long to just switch to the new ‘local’ team.
Hmmm… I miss Football season…

@Sabre99 I know someone with a GT with the same paint scheme. Haven’t driven it but I’ve been a passenger. Most difficult automotive egress ever. Loved watching the whiplash of others on the road as they try to get a look. Shame the owner is an asshole who I’d prefer not to associate with.

So… I’m the guy who’s not really invited to the party, but who slides up to a group, Solo cup in hand, and nervously over-laughs at a story I’ve only heard the last 5 words of. (…and to the OCD grammer types in here, yes, I know one should not end a sentence with a preposition, but sometimes one has to say screw-it.)
I’ve made my share of impulse Meh buys, but have managed not to wreck my credit score (or marriage).
