Cancelling an order?
0I recently purchased the Homebrewing Beer Kit as a Christmas gift for my brother-in-law, but after talking to his wife she doesn’t think he would like it. How can I go about cancelling my order? I tried emailing the staff but it doesn’t mention them getting into contact with me over the weekend. Any help?

Don’t buy shit your brother-in-law won’t like. Problem solved.
If you placed the order within the last hour you can cancel it from your “My Orders” page.
Past that, it gets kind of hit or miss - it is sometimes possible that staff can strip the order out of processing, but not always as the process is highly automated. If the order cannot be cancelled by you within the one hour window, contact customer service via email and they’ll advise from there. (Occasionally, if they notice a post such as this they can adjust your order before it is batched to the warehouse - @shawn, @hollboll)
They don’t work weekends, and cancellations aren’t generally allowed after an hour or so. But asking nicely never hurts. There should be a link on the order email.
