Can you help me find this elusive Christmas song with almost no information???

We keep the radio on low in our kitchen, and this time of year, we have it tuned to the holiday station. Two days in a row, I wandered in near the end of a really rocking Christmas song, only I can’t figure out what it is. But maybe you can?

Here is the little bit of information I have:

It’s definitely a rock song. A little indie, a little punk.
Male vocalist. More of a talk-sing thing. Nothing showy or emo.
Guitar driven with a lot of organ/keyboard.
It ~sounds~ modern (but I can’t be totally sure).
I couldn’t pick up nearly any lyrics, except that there is something about Santa Claus (I think), and then (I think) “and he says” (and this next part I am sure about:) “Ho! Ho! Ho!” sung in a real ra-ra chant sorta way.
It is not “Christmas Was Better In The 80s” by the Futureheads, but that song is great.

The other day I listened to a few seconds of every song on a 360-something track Spotify holiday music playlist. It wasn’t there! I am going crazy! Please help me!

I’m no help with the song but if you catch the tail end again use your phone to listen and identify it?

Was it something by possibly Gary Hoey, or Dee Snider. They both have some really ROCKIN’ christmas songs/albums.

If you hear it again you should see if the station’s website has the live/ recent playlist.

- @dseanadams @j2 call the station and describe what you remember. Preferably call around the same time that it was played when you last remember.

I always use Spotify when I can’t figure out a song. Love how you just tap it while the songs playing and it finds the song for you. Whoever created that is a Genius.
