Buyer Beware
3If you should venture to Morning Save, just know that their natural assumption with issues that pop up is that the customer is lying, even if you’re a long time customer and vmp member.
Ridiculous that they ignored my first email, and now months later, after the good part of the order was a Christmas gift, they won’t fix the wrong part of the order without a photo of the entire order to prove the issue happened. A photo which is now impossible.

I’m looking into this now.
@Thumperchick Wow. You’re fast. Thank you. All fixed, and better than I’d hoped.
@dalekjoe Happy to help!
I want to clarify that we did respond to you within hours of your first email back in November. Remember to check your spam folder within a few days if you haven’t heard back from our customer support team.
There is no assumption that you are lying, and to assume that we think you are lying is silly. We use photographs to help us determine the best course of action to take. It has nothing to do with your trustworthiness.
@Thumperchick Ok, but common sense should be applied. After I explained my situation, to flat out refuse to help without an impossible photo does imply you don’t believe there was an issue.
Thanks for fixing it, and to Mediocre’s credit, this is the only time I’ve had such an issue on either site.
@dalekjoe When you wait 3 months to respond, it puts us in a weird spot. The warranty is up, we may or may not still have the item, and we really wouldn’t normally replace the set at this point - the photo route was something the rep could use to make the exception for you.
@Thumperchick Fair enough, although I thought the ball was in your court, so to speak.
I have a special needs daughter, and a missing brush wasn’t the biggest fish to fry, so more time passed than should have before I asked for an update.
Let’s blame Google.
Thanks again for fixing it.
Honestly I think I was just surprised by the cold hard no, based on past overly positive experiences.
@dalekjoe
Blame the ! @blaineg
/giphy blame the goat
@dalekjoe @eonfifty That’s a very shiny goat!
What do you expect? They hawk skin care stuff using very obviously photoshopped before/after photos.
@medz Show me on the logo where the MorningSave hurt you:
@Thumperchick
@medz I get the feeling that particular pain location is something your should see a doctor for?
But(t) come on, I set you up for a great clapback and you gave me a buttcrack?
@Thumperchick not sure what I was supposed to clapback. Sorry. I thought I was giving you want you wanted.
@medz I just miss your gifs.
@medz @Thumperchick And now I know what a clapback is. Thanks for that.
@dalekjoe @medz
/giphy you’re welcome
