Tempting, except the carry on pilot bag I bought at Big Lots for $20 about 20 years ago has been with me through about 30 countries and all over the US and is in the same condition as the day I bought it. Meanwhile I have been through about a dozen checked suitcases, which is the difference between me transporting my things and a baggage handler doing it.
@eeterrific Hard side is nice when it’s wet outside, or when the net full of luggage being loaded onto a cruise ship catches on a crane and tears open dumping your luggage into the sea (yes, that happened to me). But where luggage shows catastrophic wear IME is wheels and handles. My niece bought a new set of luggage for our Europe trip and the cobbled streets of Venice destroyed the wheels. I bought a lovely new National Geographic hard sider for that trip and by the time I got home the handles were completely torn off. It’s a shame as it’s beautiful but you can’t pick the danged thing up and National Geographic disavowed their warranty.
@5665150 some are less, some are more, with prices up to $90 ($80 for green, really?) the question is whether I want to go cheap ($33 for teal) or bold ($45 for orange)

@Stallion Blah blah blah.
Unless you are making me the largest Whiskey Sour mixed in one of those cases, yesterday’s poll question was very deceiving.
In for the gaudiest one ☝️!
@haydesigner Go! Never buy black luggage - or anything that looks like anyone else’s.
Truly gift-worthy
$74 at Sears Marketplace linky
Wow those are ugly
@Ignorant Ask yourself, would anyone else ever take it buy mistake? Beauty is in the eye of continued ownership.

not even a 40oz hot margarita will make this deal seem like a good idea.
@alacrity Unless it’s pumpkin spice.
@mehcuda67
@alacrity ROTFD. Simply sub-lime!
any thoughts on hard side vs soft side…pros, cons?

I would expect CA to sell you out on this deal! Didnt they all promise to move to Canada?
@ihaveyoursox The Canadians told them to move in the other direction.
@ihaveyoursox we’ve had our luggage ready since Bush 2
@ihaveyoursox, stay classy…
Not my SUIT—just in CASE you were wondering
So tempted, but I’m actually thinking this is too pricey for me…

Amazon has a similar product today for $4 less. MEH? Did you really post this today?
@5665150 That one has expandable abs, too. Sexy.

@currawong but these wheels look better.
My roommate will love the leopard one!
I could carry two of these in the carry on I normally inflict on fellow travelers.
Why does Weird Al singing about the biggest ball of twine sound remarkably like Arlo Guthrie singing 30,000 lbs of Bananas by Harry Chapin?
Total Sunday bullshit deal. Meh taking the day off. Fuck you guys!
I noticed only the leopard one has its handle extended. Is that to let us know you can control your aggressive beast?
But will it fit in an international overhead bin?
I rock that sweet sweet Tumi luggage
360 wheels for decimating ankles without slowing my roll to the cinnabon ya heard
