Are there shipping issues (more than normal)?
0Maybe it's that whole "once bitten, twice shy" thing, but should I be worried that I have 3 (well, actually 4) outstanding orders (since 12 Jan) with shipping labels printed that haven't left Meh HQ yet? I ask only because I'm still waiting for my "should arrive by Christmas" R/C Helis from 11 Dec. That order was "placed again" on 13 Jan but still hasn't shipped.
I see that some people's Meh shirts (1 Jan) haven't departed yet, so that makes me feel a bit better (I suppose), but things seem to be taking longer to ship.
Or is it just me?

I have 4 orders waiting to ship from the same time period..they will get here eventually; I am not worried at all...
They did warn that the 150,000 or so Built in NY case bundles order was the largest amount of product they've moved in a single order, and it required them to pull overtime on the weekend to try to help get them out. With that, the fuku, and the fact that the shirts take a few weeks to print, get back, sort and ship - yeah, shipping is taking a wee bit longer than normal. Oh, and today is a federal holiday, so smartpost isn't moving packages. They'll get it all out, give 'em a little time.
TL:DR - yup!
I missed the Built in NY case issue. Fuku isn't a surprise.
Suffice to say, that makes complete sense. I just got unlucky that my R/C heli order got placed the day AFTER the case order.
And I'm not worried about not getting it eventually. Things just seem slower than they used to, and, well, now I get it.
@bakerzdosen yeah, you ran into some bad luck there.
I've been waiting 2+ months for Fuku 3, so I wouldn't worry about shipping. At least a label was created. In November.
@heartny OK, you win. I'm not sure what you win, but you win. You did contact support - right? That's how they got my heli's re-ordered.
@bakerzdosen I have been in touch with support and they are on the case. I will wait patiently and hope that the more time it takes, the less meh it will be. The power of compounding mehness. Sometimes I just crack myself up! Ha!

Is asking yourself a rhetorical question and then answering it right away kind of annoying?
Yes, yes it is.
Many of these issues can be chalked up to growing pains. As @dave pointed out in our look back at the last half a year we're growing pretty fast and with that rapid growth comes new problems and challenges.
There have also been some unfortunately timed confluences of events (that's how crazy it's been people, multiple confluences) that have all converged to make things a little extra crappy.
But we're working hard on cleaning up after those confluences and tackling those new challenges. Believe you me, nobody wants our shipping to go completely smoothly more than us.
I know I've asked for this a lot but, patience grasshoppers…all will be received in time.
I suggest taking the zen approach of temporary amnesia: order something and immediately forget you ordered it, only to eventually be pleasantly surprised by a Meh package sitting at your door.
@JonT Do you need some temp help filling orders? I have a nephew looking for some hours...
