If the prices are anything like that website, seems expensive for what it is. They're fun as little toys, and a camera on it is neat, but you aren't likely to get stable video or high quality images (didn't see any camera specs)
I'd get the cheerson cx-10 for $15 for micro fun, and stick with bigger birds for video. Or get one of the Walkera models with camera for cheap for a small cheap camera bird.
Definitely seems like it's at the top of the price point for a micro. My experience with micros... they're great fun for inside, but a real challenge to fly outside. If you're looking for an inside flyer, micro is it (and I also recommend the CX-10). If you're hoping to fly outside most of the time, step up to a Syma X5C-1 for fiddy bucks.

I was thinking of the syma x5c-1 like @ruouttaurmind says below when i said Walkera. Couldn't remember the name.
