Possibly better if using device with a small screen:
• Click on overlapping“dialog” icons next to the “V shield” icon in top right corner (or maybe overlapping magnifying glasses?)
• Select MEH
• Select DEALS from left side.
Apparently warranty is not “worry free” when you buy from Meh. Unit stopped charging (sounded good until then), contacted Anker, was told Meh was responsible for warranty because they are the reseller. Basically since i didn’t buy from them (or a partner) they DK’ed me. (although they were friendly and easy to reach) at least it was only $13 i guess…
@Ignorant@RiotDemon Thanks for your help. I sent another email showing Meh listed as a retailer. They are suggesting Meh (or any other authorized retailer) is responsible for servicing the warranty (which makes no sense as I’m sure best buy is not taking a product back 18 months later).
@Ignorant@RiotDemon This is the response i got last night. I don’t understand, then what good is the warranty? And how is Meh supposed to provide warranty service. At this point i don’t care about the speaker or the $13 but this makes no sense.
We don’t process the warranty from purchases made through our resellers because we don’t have their order details in our system.
According to the agreement between Anker and our certified resellers, the resellers are responsible for fulfilling the warranty for products of ours that they sell.
Please contact the seller you purchased the item from for the warranty claim. If you have any trouble working with them, let us know and we will reach out to them.
If you have any other concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are always here to assist you.
@Ignorant@RiotDemon@tomdina looking into this now. But if they’re still giving you trouble, you can point out that they mention on their own site that we’re authorized, so they should be covering this without issue.
Issue resolved. Took 2 calls but they finally agreed that Meh is one of their retailers and provided a replacement (newest model). Thanks again for the help.

Ironically, this one is pictured with a beer stein.

@tomdina contact support. Sometimes they have to step in because someone at Anker is probably confused.
Did you explain that you purchased it from Mercatalyst?
@RiotDemon @tomdina they show Meh and MorningSave as authorized resellers for North America, USA on their site. Might want to point them to that too.

@Ignorant @tomdina I would email again, otherwise you can ask meh to step in.
That’s the dumbest thing I’ve heard from Anker.

@Ignorant @tomdina that is the oddest warranty I’ve ever heard. Hang on, I’m talking to meh.

@Ignorant @RiotDemon @Thumperchick Thank you. I have mentioned Meh is authorized that on 2 occasions.
