@mappiahpadi we will never learn… My 2 libratone speakers from meh died a while back. I just bought this. $15 vs $80. I think anker will hold up better, or I am just a sucker.
@mappiahpadi@qazxto My LibraTone speakers are still kicking and honestly, they sound quite good.
Problem is, the app sucks for playing in Stereo. Has any manufacturer figured out how to reliably have two battery powered, cordless speakers play in Stereo? A
@mappiahpadi@onae jealous. It’s probably my fault. I think I left it out in a light to moderate rain one night. It was all sealed up correctly. So don’t trust the waterproofing I guess?
@da5id@tsupkm This is Meh, it is old overstock stuff so it will often use older connector formats. I don’t mind, adapters and C-to-micro cables are easy to find, and most of my stuff still uses micro anyway so I’m fine with it.
More important (to me at least) is that it has a wired input and not just BT. The manual is here, and also indicates 2600mah of battery capacity, making me think maybe there is an 18650 inside:
Tempted. What to do, what to do. I have a dinky little speaker already but it would be nice to have more volume. I guess I’ll resist as they will probably keep showing up.
The old Libratones were quite good from everything I heard. I resisted buying one though.

If only it weren’t micro-USB charging
@da5id Thanks for answering the only question I had. If Ali Express random crap can have a USB C, this kind of crap should too.

Does anyone have one of these? How does it sound? My luck with Anker had been very good and at this price, I might as well.
