Who still finds themselves going to the header and clicking on “Community” to add a new topic?

Dammit, I know there’s that ugly, black +Add Topic button on my page – I’m staring at it right now. But why have this stupid button if I (and maybe others) can’t be trained to automatically go to it to create a new topic?
