At first I thought this was an April fool’s joke. Looks like she’s partnering with the existing Tennessean truck stop chain. So, unlike Buck-ee’s, they will be welcoming semi drivers as well.
Once the new loc branded to her, I might just drive to TN to visit.

But-we’s is notorious for suing any roadside business whose logo is even slightly faintly similar. And they have won, so far.
But … i bet if Dollys portrait in a circle with her chest sticking out like beaver teeth became the logo of this new place, even her in B’s colors: B’s wouldn’t dare sue
And if they did sue, surely they’d lose. Surely Dolly owns the trademark on her own chest.
And if they won such a lawsuit, America would hate them, and their biz would suffer.
But-ee’s had better not take on DOLLY PARTON.
They just don’t have that level of “assets and endowment” for that fight.

In the early days my visits often would up costly $50 or so more than gas/drink/food.
Now I’m over the food and the merch.
Tho still fond of them. Because of them all gas stations and bathrooms are a lot cleaner nearby.
