@YourLazyButt Neither do I, but the reason I don’t is I did taste it once and hated it, but I have no idea what state it was from. Based on the law of averages, what choice should I choose that would most likely keep me from lying, the California or “not California” one?
I might have had wine from other states, but the only one I know I’ve had wine from is Virginia. I don’t drink much wine, because I’m not going to drink a whole bottle by myself in timely fashion.
I have absolutely no idea. I don’t really like wine. I wouldn’t bother to look at the label to see where it comes from. The only ones I found tolerable were cheap and tasted like whatever fruit that they added to them.
Definitely California, Oregon, and Washington. Somewhere along the way I probably had wine from another state but I can’t remember so I chose “four or five”.
My wife and I have wine with dinner just about every night. I can tell the difference between crap and decent stuff but my palette isn’t refined enough to tell the difference between good wine and great wine. Which is great because I’m never tempted to spend fifty bucks for a bottle of wine.
Wine tastes like the grapes I used to spit out as a kid, so I’ve never been sure what constitutes a “good” wine, though I’ve been told I’ve had “good” wines.
California, Oregon and Washington. Plus I’ve had wines from British Columbia and Ontario. WA, BC and ON make some amazing Rieslings (I recommend: WA-Snoqualmie, BC-CedarCreek, and ON-Cave Springs), and of course Canada is very famous for its delicious icewine.
Been drinking wine for >50 years so I’m sure this is only a partial list: CA, OR, WA, VA, NY, NJ, MD, PA, OH, AK. After a while it all “blends” together.
Not really a wine drinker, but most family members are, so:
CA, NY, MO, TX, WA, MI
The good/great dry wines do nothing for me. My favorites are Moscato, relatively fruity sweet wines.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I drink foreign wine.

I don’t drink…
… wine…

Not really good with wines. They all taste the same to me. Don’t get a point in being “exquisite” with drinking either.
California, New York, Michigan, Florida. Chautauqua Vineyard and Winery in DeFuniak Springs, Florida being the best.
California, Washington, Oregon, New York, Michigan, Texas, Pennsylvania, Hawaii, and New Jersey.
I’m sure this has been said before, but New Jersey was a flaming bag of poo.
@merrybill FU. NJ has very good wines and very diverse. You must never have gone on a Wine Trail.

WA, OR, CA, HI, NY, GA, NC
CA, WA, OR, NY, FL, NC and my grandfather’s home made.

Wine is nasty

NC, FL, VA, CA, WA, OR, and numerous others. If I travel to a state, I typically find a local wine to try.
I know WA, OR, CA, and FL for sure. Probably some from most states with reputable wines.
I wish there were an “I do not recall” option.
/giphy I do not recall

I have had two or three wines, yes.
