Wishing you all a joyful and peaceful Christmas season! May your days be filled with warmth, laughter, and the company of loved ones. Here’s to a wonderful holiday and a bright New Year ahead!
Merry Christmas! My doggie is going to be so disappointed when his indoor bathroom goes away. He has been doing a good job of keeping the Christmas Tree watered. (JK). I don’t get it. The first thing he does after we bring the tree in is the walks up to it raise his leg and pees all over the trunk and then looks at me all excited like I don’t have to go out in the cold and pee anymore, and then the cat climbs it.
This is my first one without my dad, and there is a little bit of mental processing still going on with that. I just returned from a wonderful Christmas Eve service at the church I grew up in and my dad’s ashes are inurned there. Thankfully the columbarium was empty, so I just got to sit on the floor and have a great chat with my dad. Not going to lie, I cried like a little girl, but it was healing. Sorry… I’m probably sharing too much as I always do, but dang if this place isn’t a great spot for free therapy
So, whether or not you celebrate Christmas, I hope the rest of your year is filled with great food, laughter and loved ones around you.
Merry and Safe Christmas Wishes to all the Mehtizens!
