@IndifferentDudeTechnically, plants can get water from elsewhere. We’ve had an unseasonably wet “dry” season here in central FL. No rain, which is par for the course for the dry season, but almost every morning, I wake up to find my plants freshly watered by the dew. They love it.
That’s how the plants in the Garden of Eden were watered back in the day (Genesis 2:5-6). Though trees and shrubs do need more than that (as that passage notes). Being planted by moving water is a great way to meet their needs without any rain (Psalm 1:3).
@ItalianScallion
That’s true!
My guy is always singing around the house and I just love it! I’m lucky, he knows the words to almost everything, AND, unlike me, HE’S got a great singing voice!
for getting cleaned up

Something else (comments, please)
Answer All the above and below…
When I built our master bathroom I included a custom 4x6ft shower easily big enough for 2. Dual showerheads with a walk-in opening (no door). Plenty of room to get clean… or ‘dirty’ depending on the mood and/or company. One of my favorite spots in the house.
@Kyeh
Thanks. I bought them at Lowe’s when they still sold them in store then finally used them for the shower a few years later. Holding up well after 20 years or so.
90% of the time I shower at the gym. So on the rare occasion I shower at home I’m very happy to have a great shower head, good water pressure, and less people around.
@ddbelyea I used to do that because it was convenient plus I didn’t feel I had to pay for the hot water. depending on configuration of your gym kind-of weird hanging out with a bunch of naked people. wait, that sounds creepy.
For cleaning up after a long day in the trunk.
For thinking.
Absolutely necessary to make plants, trees, grass and many other living things grow!! It also helps to clean off your car.
Oh, I guess you meant a different kind of shower!

Oops!

@IndifferentDude I have a septic system with a leech field, so this rings so very true
@IndifferentDude @Weboh I love that story, I should read that anthology again.
The shower is for singing, isn’t it?

@Lynnerizer When you live alone, everywhere is for singing!
