Byrnes says many returns are the result of incorrect information listed online. Simply putting some attention into making sure items are being represented accurately helps cut down on returns.
And then there are those customers who fail to read the information in the first place.

Umm I don’t think we have to worry about meh contributing to landfills. That is what we have fuko’s for. Probably cheaper to sent the crap to us than pay landfill fees.
