Alternatively, evaluate the integral at 4 and 2 and subtract the second from the first

x^3 + x^2 -4x
(x=4): 64 +16 -16 = 64
(x=2): 8 +4 -8 = 4
64 - 4 = 60

I already grabbed it from the Microsoft solver site. It just pisses me off that a simple integral like that has been lost to my brainpan for a bit.
