@DaveInSoCal Does the collar have it’s own power supply? I really just want a lighted collar for my dog because we walk at night a lot, but I prefer my automatically extending leash. Maybe I should check what lighted collars go for before I buy this.
@Fuzzalini you can buy light up collars on eBay for around $1-1.50.
I usually use clip on little lights to attach to her collar and harness. I have a reflective braided leash, and a patterned collar that I don’t want to change out for the rare night time walk.
Bought the leash the last time it was offered. I’d say it’s decent, no major issues with it. Probably not the most sturdy thing in the world, electrical connection wise, but it’s okay
Got the leash last time. It is pretty stiff, but loosens up a bit with use. It’s fine for my medium sized dog that doesn’t pull much, but gets pretty uncomfortable with a larger energetic dog. If the collar is anything like the leash I wouldn’t subject my dog to it. People really notice/like the glowing leash. Batteries were dead on the tiny flashlight, and I lost it immediately after unclipping it from the leash.
I bought this leash before, half the lights went dim after about a month of use. I contacted 4ID and they sent me a new replacement. It completely broke 3 days later. No lights no nothing. Other people seem to have better luck, but not me.
Sooooo I don’t even own a dog and don’t think I’ll own my future $3,000 pure breed dog for a few years (standard size xoloitzcuintli from Mexico) yet I bought this. This better not break sitting in a drawer for a few years…
I’m not even sure what neck size a xolo has. I guessed medium? Heh.

@Fuzzalini I only have the leash, but hardly ever use it.

Fuko Fodder
Weren’t these being sold as belts earlier?
It is a bit rough on the edges, if you hold the leash in the middle, you might want a glove.
An hour for this kit?

One of my better Meh purchases, but I’ll pass.
