@mcanavino@Seeds At least it uses AA batteries instead of AAA. You get a lot more power capacity (2-3x) in an AA for basically the same price. I would normally use rechargeables in something like this anyway, but still, using AA means a lot longer runtime from a set of batts.

@decoratedwarvet too long. Since the beginning. I gave away more Lucas batteries than I’ve used. I have three regular bulbs left in the house, and they’re all in the bathroom vanity. G37 or something like that halogen bulbs. LEDs don’t come close to the same brightness in the form factor, so I have to replace the complete fixture.
Not but three hours ago, in the land of yesterday, my wife sent me a link to this exact light thingy, asking for one for mysterious hair and makeup magick.
Now she’s getting 4 for less than the price of the one she linked. Coincidence, or super-speed meh spy-source-copy awesomeness? You be the judge.
