@user01435213 so I make shakes with my blender and find that there’s a lot of foam that forms with certain additives like carbs and protein. I use this one because it slow mixes it and there’s little to no foam. I also mix almond milk with protein powder for cereal. It’s like a vorbado or blender that they use to sell at GNC that was battery operated. I like this one a lot, also this was intended to make cold brew and it seeps it making it better with time.
@user01435213 It’s like a combination of a blender (used solely to generate a vortex for mixing the water and ground coffee) and a French press (to keep the grounds from getting into your cup). A blender alone can’t do the filtering. Maybe you were thinking of doing the mixing in the blender then pouring the result through a manual drip brewer?
It’s not an everyday tool, but it’s pretty good at making iced tea/coffee if you’re not in a rush and don’t want to faff about with cranking up the ratio to make up for watering down. This is def the cheapest they’ve been. I like mine at $10.

@luseruser yup. Never used my first one and then bought 2/$10.
@luseruser @pmarin No, these were never 2-for-$10.
@luseruser I believe so.
@luseruser @mehrrychristmas I think when I got mine they were 2/$20, i.e., $10 each.

If I own a blender, why would I need this?
