I like mine (from a previous Mehrathon as well)… However, I don’t use them for any circadian or energy purpose - They’re just nice, bright spotlights that I can bounce off of walls as part of decorative lighting. One pulls double-duty by being in a spot where I can also use it to help provide good reading light in my office/library space. Multiple brightness settings is convenient, but they’re all quite bright.
As circadian assistance for sleep/wake cycles? I wouldn’t really recommend them for that.
These types of lights are useful when they bother to slap a timer on it, so you can use it as an alarm by simulating sunrise. Kinda pointless if you have to turn it on manually while still half asleep.

I got these from a previous Mehrathon. I’m still tired. They are bright, that’s for sure. My retinas are not happy about that.
@heartny Thanks for the review. I was wondering what they’re like.
@Kyeh I honestly don’t notice a difference, but I keep trying as long as I haven’t burnt out a retina.
@heartny
They don’t sound too appealing!

@arosiriak
Well, that’s a good idea … .
@arosiriak @Kyeh Using a light as a light… That’s just crazy talk.
