@blaineg I looked around online and most places said they were discontinued! I was able to buy a couple for half-price refurbished directly from Triplett. I wonder why they’re discontinued?
@blaineg I guess so. I found some NOS Robogrip pliers on Ebay after finding that they don’t seem to be sold anymore either. Such a bummer when good useful things are discontinued.

What is magnetic suction weight?
@djslack Says “about 8 pounds.”
@djslack @Kyeh How much the magnet sucks. Interpret that as you like
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
@djslack @mehcuda67 I guess that’s subjective.
Got them. One for me and one for a stocking (that’s generally how my Christmas shopping goes…one for me and one for you…
)

No, not watch batteries.
Try this one, Triplett GrabLite, 1 AA battery, LEDs surround the shaft. About $15.
@blaineg That looks worth the money!
@Kyeh I’ve been very happy with it, and they’ve been well received as gifts. They seem to go in & out of stock on Amazon.
