Dammit in for 2 (4) more - too cheap to pass up because you get 1) power pack 2) Fairly bright LED light to toss in your drawer/purse/hipsack/random orifice 3) a small fan that moves more air than you’d expect of the price 4) stubby micro USB cables.
The charger with the fan that actually worked didn’t produce much of a breeze. Neither held a charge for long. There’s actually no on/off switch for the fan. You have to remove it from the charger to make it stop fanning, assuming you can get it to work in the first place. Nice concept, not well executed. I like my Brookstone pen fan better. Perfect for hot flashes.
@heartny I have a similar fan I got from my favorite Chinese vendor and it works very well, moves a lot air and completely silent…hoping these are the same.

Can’t hate on this one. Yeah they are a single cell charger and yeah, the fans are not super powerful but you get all this mediocrity for $11 shipped. Also, they look attractive so my wife will steal this charger from me instead of the boring looking black Anker with twice the capacity.

Just got these today, I am quite happy. Yes they are a small charger, but there is enough power there to charge the phone for a call or two when I am a dumb shit and forget to charge it and my tire is flat (happens more often then I like to admit, sadly) Fan moves quite a bit of air! A lot more then I was expecting. For the price, a very good value, great value as a stocking stuffer. I bought 6 (3 sets) and I already have all of them planned for who gets them. I am quite happy with this purchase!
I ordered two sets and got them today. The teal and black set is missing one charge cable. Other than that, great value. I’ll just have to get an 80 cent cable from Monoprice instead.
Just received the 3 pairs i ordered, all are powered up, (to what extent I don’t know) and work well, some fans blow better, hence more revolutions, less vibration. Currently testing to see how long the fan will blow continuously (not that I’m an pimp or anything). Did plus into my non-exploding samsung phone, it charged it 10% (50% to 60%) in 10mins 48 sec. to start but after 37mins out of juice and phone only made it to 77% from 50% (again not sure if device was fully charged).
Light works while fan is operating, or using to charge phone. Suction cup feels a bit weak, it did however stick to the window in my kitchen, microwave (need a breeze while cooking) and to my cupboard door, will need to test if it will stick to car window, and handle the bumps in the road.
Fan has been running strong for 1 hour as of this writing.
Someone should make attachments that could be used, basically making it a little rotary tool, or a martial aide. Things that make you go ooh.

Bummed the fans didn’t work upon opening the packages. Just saw the 1 year warranty, so hopefully they replace them.
A fun toy but dont rely on them practically.
