@Thumperchick Still looking. I'd guess I've looked at about a fifth of the bags. But honestly, I'm doing more squeezing and bending than examining, hoping it's, say, a gift card rather than a $100 bill.
@BillLehecka Pretty sure they've done experiments where they switched labels on a $100 bottle and a $10 bottle and when the expensive label was on the $10 wine everyone talked about how fantastic it was and vice versa. That said I usually stick to the $15 and under range and while I can usually kinda tell the difference between types (merlot vs pinot noir), individual brands not as much. They all taste good and get the job done.
@Doodpants I've yet to find a wine at any price that didn't have a strong undertone of "grapes I would have thrown away"... doesn't really matter what other "hints" are there.
@BillLehecka I hosted a brown bagged wine tasting. The people who said that they loved expensive wine really loved the box (but went back to the expensive wine even though they said that they preferred the other). Amazing.
Back in the days when I jogged (thank God those are over) I learned that Keystone is the prefered brand for those who like to throw shit to the side of the road. So there's that.
Google Translate made less sense than usual with this one! "Please do not shoot yireongeo andoelkkayeo really dwell with Riedel Grand Cru Class? ㅠㅠ Short Boots is also good wijel Riedel Sommelier is also good, with some gupsil Grand Cru Class gupsil ..."
The thing about the stemless ones is that they also work rather well for mixed drinks. Or straight up libations. Or, well, pretty much anything cold or room temp you want to drink.
I'm in for some. We actually need them...which is a first for my Meh purchases thus far. I must insist Meh never again sell anything I actually need. Ever.
@cfwinter Sorry that we overestimated your interest in red wine. Go to the My Orders page and submit a request to customer service ("help with this order" button). We'll fix it right up.

@mediocrebot Wine glasses for fine lasses, give me a mug so I can chug.
But without the stems, how is your wine supposed to look down upon the less civilized drinks?
No write up? EDIT: There it is... Took a moment to load.
I'm not sure what I want to do here. It seems like a good deal...but I don't drink wine. Hmmm....gifts? But to whom?
@SavvySapphire start drinking wine......there ya go....problem solved
almost, but I was looking for these tonight....
This was worth refreshing at midnight for:
@Thumperchick Good thing it only lasted for a minute, if we stayed at -349.15% for any longer I think we would have gone back in time!
Where can I find Dur-Tay Feet Box Wine? My local grocer?
Real mehn drink right from the bottle. Now if you were selling brown bags...
@eeterrific Do I have a deal for you.
@editorkid Did you ever find the X?
@Thumperchick Still looking. I'd guess I've looked at about a fifth of the bags. But honestly, I'm doing more squeezing and bending than examining, hoping it's, say, a gift card rather than a $100 bill.
Also, and maybe I'm alone here, but I can't tell the difference between different wines. They all taste the same to me.
@BillLehecka I'm more the range type of person. 2buck Chuck is good. I stick to $15 range. $150 napa shit is worth it.
I believe white wine is vanilla flavored, and red wine is strawberry. But I'm no expert.
Amazing.
@marklog "brown bagged wine tasting" = mad dog 20-20 and ripple in brown bags, on the curb in front of the liquor store?
I almost bought this because I thought it was boxed wine! Nice try Meh...
Can you put Keystone Light in these?
@phatmass only 8 times a day.
@phatmass You can! You can also put water, sweat, and sadness into them which is pretty much the same thing.
@phatmass @jont Sadness > Keystone Light
@ChadP Keystone Light = Sadness
Back in the days when I jogged (thank God those are over) I learned that Keystone is the prefered brand for those who like to throw shit to the side of the road. So there's that.
What I mean to say, @JonT, is: I bet Keystone consumers don't use turn signals.
@joelmw Those people…
I normally buy any and every type of wine-related paraphernalia, but I just don't care for the shape of these glasses...meh.
@khunjeff I'm actually struggling to say no... I like the shape but why spend the money lol
I need an excuse to spend my money, I wish I could hit the buy button...
No one stopped me so I bought them ALLLLLL!!!!
@windroamer your hieroglyphics fascinate me.
@Thumperchick I can understand your confusion. It should read "Tall Boots..."
The thing about the stemless ones is that they also work rather well for mixed drinks. Or straight up libations.
Or, well, pretty much anything cold or room temp you want to drink.
@ceagee Thanks! This totally sealed the deal for me buying the stemless ones! :D
Meh, I beg of you. Please don't ship these like the batteries shipped. Will be super bummed if any of my enticing-antique-toothpaste shows up broken.
xo
@patti We're just going to toss them in a plastic bag and hope for the best.
@JonT Of course you are!
Wtf wit da tax, yo? Aint this da internets?
@SputnikHQ Some states require sales tax to be collected on internet purchases.
@SputnikHQ The Tax Man will getcha
Don't buy this crap. Drink only beer or hard liquor. Even "malted beverage" sodas are better than wine. Wine=gross.
@Barbarian You ARE a barbarian!
@Barbarian
This really says something about California and Texas.
@TimUSCA My two homes, making me proud.
@JonT It's getting even worse (or better, however you want to view it).
In for 1 Red, 2 Flutes. I feel an obligatory NYE party coming on.
I'm in for some. We actually need them...which is a first for my Meh purchases thus far. I must insist Meh never again sell anything I actually need. Ever.
Just meh
솔로에게 두개의 잔을 사라고 하다니
이름도
커플렛 하나사서 부셔버릴까 ㅋ
Meh.
Meh. Only $13 though.
Roll Tide.
Feeling quite diminished after holding these wine glasses which were obviously designed for 9' tall hill giants with freakishly large hands.
@mikey Are you saying they're too big? That just means that you put more wine in them!
@JonT I'm saying the stem is taking up too much valuable real estate. I could easy get another 150 ml in there if it were sized for non-gargantuans.
@mikey Maybe you just have small hands?
@mikey There were a couple of reasons I didn't buy the stemmed ones, one was they wouldn't have fit in my cupboard!
@mikey
I accept that.
I ordered (4) of each type but I received (8) Red instead of (4) each Red and White...How do I get the correct order?
@cfwinter Sorry that we overestimated your interest in red wine. Go to the My Orders page and submit a request to customer service ("help with this order" button). We'll fix it right up.
Anyone else receive a broken glass?
