3For those of us who finally got a good irk (and those who actually bought the item from Meh, Sidedeal, Morningsave, and wherever where fine books are sold) just a place for all of us to put our complaints, helpful hints, etc.
To get the app, a google of “apkpure tacklife” will get you there, at least for android. I got version 1.0.1. It requires you to do a verification code which worked as of yesterday. I was able to connect the app to the vacuum no problems.
That’s where my good luck stopped.
It sat on the charger for a couple hours and was still showing 75% charged. When I tried to start it from the app it gave me a ground fault error and told me to clean the obstacle sensor. didn’t have any luck getting it to start vacuuming.
I reset the wifi and rebooted the vac. Now the battery dropped to 1% and the app says it’s charging at 2%. I’ll give it some time and see if it comes alive. When I opened the box everything looked brand new.
Hopefully others are having better luck.

I got 1 in my irk and was trying to download the app from the play store. Thanks for the info. Hopefully mine will work.
Had mine delivered to work, so won’t get a chance to play with it until tonight at the earliest but…Hoping mine is more rad than y’alls seem to be!
So far so good over here.
I’m on iOS and the app was readily available and seems to work well, as does the vacuum itself. I’ve only had it map a couple of rooms but I’ve been able to use the app to clean either of the rooms without issue and when it’s done it returns to its base. I’ve been surprised with the amount of stuff it’s actually picking up.
I gave it overnight to charge and it seems to be working. The first cleaning mapping go lasted 80 minutes, but it wasn’t able to find the dock afterwards. Better progress than yesterday, but still issues. Glad to be alone with these problems.
@robteaboy I guess I do have one small issue with it and it’s the dock. It does sometimes take a few attempts at finding the dock, and it also likes to run it over while cleaning.
Absolute dogshit. Got the app (thanks for the tip!), configured/paired it just fine
Won’t run, just says to clean the obstruction sensor (which is crystal clear clean)
So in the trash it goes with my Shark r761
@CraigDanger I got that error to. After the reboot and full battery discharge, I got it working. I say give it another shot
I’m having a very difficult time down loading the app for this thing
