I think these were offered before but only the Sriracha flavor. As I recall they come from China, though many Soybean processed food do. (even though we grow a lot of Soybeans in the US – the processed food seems to mostly be from China)
EDIT guess what – “Sea Salt” flavor already sold-out. Only the Sriracha left a few minutes into 1/2-hour deal. So just Sriracha which is the one they tried to sell us last month and these are the unsold ones from that…?

I got the Sriracha flavored ones last time, and they are good, but a bit spicy (of course!) so I ordered Sea Salt this time.
