I was late to the meh party… Meh had been going a while before I joined so I’m actually not sure how long it’s been around and what the max meh clicks are.

@OnionSoup I missed a couple in the beginning before anyone knew it was a thing. I think I made those up by clicking all the faces during the 3 mehrathans though.

@ruouttaurmind 771 in a row is pretty impressive. It usually doesn’t count a click once every hundred or so for me so I could never get to 771 in a row, unless I obsessively double checked back twice a day to make sure a click stuck.

This. 773 days ago I was the victim of the clicky face eating anomaly which has cursed many.

Yes, it’s true, I’ve been coming here every single day for over 3 years to clicky the face. Through illness, holidays, vacations, international travels, family crisis… I found a way to clicky.

Well, when you put it that way it sounds more like psychosis than good clean fun.

Actually, since I’m usually here before midnight to check the daily deal, double checking the clicky is pretty easy. I clicky at midnight when the deal posts, then at 11:55 or so the next night I “trust but verify” as I wait for 12 bells. Every once in a while I am delayed, and can’t check until after midnight (actually 9pm/10pm AZ time), so I’ve been fortunate. Except once, 773 days ago.

@ruouttaurmind I usually click the face on the computer in the livingroom then confirm it in the morning on the computer in the office. That avoids any cache issues that are probably the root cause of the face eating.

@sligett How does one find and undo self-stars past 30 days? Its really hard sometimes to press-hold the star to see who starred you vs not and starring yourself instead.

@mike808 You can use a computer to view your profile and fiddle with the filter to dial into “likes given” But eh, screw 'em if they can’t handle it.

@therealjrn it still only goes back 30 days. Beyond that, you’d have to manually search every thread you posted in to see what you starred. This is why when I see that I’ve liked stuff, I make sure within a week or two to go delete them. I’ve got two right now and it makes me feel icky.

@RiotDemon Yup. Too late to go find mine. You shouldn’t feel icky though, my Mom said it was perfectly natural.
