According to the manufacturer’s website, the power cord length is five FEET, not five inches. Some of the spec detail sheets say that each five-light kit comes with four twelve-inch connecting cables, but as the puck lights themselves are shown as having what looks like two eight-inch-ish pigtails for daisy-chaining them together, it would seem that the four twelve-in cables (if that’s what’s included) are primarily for the purpose of allowing greater flexibility in mounting location choice. If the kit on;ly comes with the two linking cords instead of the four 12" ones per five-light set, then these kits would be less versatile without modification.
